The extraordinary thing about Amy Schumer is that she will shamelessly steal a funny joke, and then somehow in the re-telling of it make it not funny.
Not only that, but actually changing ONE word on purpose to ACT as if she didnt. That is like pre planned to the detail, knowing what she did was wrong. I mean, why else change it to the "Houdini".
đŻ
Cause she was reliving the bukake video she made and almost drown in nut and choked to death from pubes. All just to eat
I bet she didn't steal it.
@@adamgrimsley2900 Spend a few minutes online. You can see the original versions of all of her jokes, the only difference being that before she got her hands on them they were vaguely amusing.
I love how the crowd went from supporting Carlos so aggressively, to then screaming for Joe in a matter of minutes đ
You know it's bad when people want Joe to perform some stool fucking.
Joe came with Receipts
Joe was a total douche bag back then đ€Ł. Mencia was never funny to me anyways.

Amy didn't just steal a joke. She stole a whole fucking set.
lol wut? When she did steal an entire set..?
Seems unlikely that'd even be possible tbh.
@@Vote_By_Mail It is entirely possible. Dennis Leary's No Cure for Cancer special is an entire stolen Bill Hicks set.
@@iamsmarterthanyou No. He opens with the Asshole song that he allegedly stole from CK sooo... you're full of it already lmao. You couldn't steal a whole set you'd get sued into oblivion.
She also stole a month worth of groceries and ate them in one sitting....
Most comedians now in new york and la do it!! Have been for the last several years... just no one calls them out anymore... Kinda like Chappelle who stole a whole bit from Owen Benjamin as well as several other jokes.. he stole his whole cadence and delivery from an unknown legend comic in DC, He stole from Reverend Bob Levy, He stole from Artie Lange, Dave also blatantly stole from a local comedian here in ohio and actually got sued for it... you can go look it up yourselves!! Don't get angry at me
I now understand the Carlos Mencia Joke on south park when Jimmy and Cartman write the gay fish joke and Carlos Mencia takes the credit for the joke on TV.
Cartman just laid there and ate potato chips get your facts straight Jimmy doesnât get the respect he deserves even on CZcams commentsđ§
@@alecgoodwin4159 No remember? Cartman showed up at Jimmyâs house and defended everyone against the Jewbots.
âCâmon, man.. I got no deeek..â đ
Come on mannnâŠ.. get it mannnâŠ. Your a gay fishâŠ.
Uh oh y'all Mandella Effect...?!
You can see the very last ounce of respect Bobby had for Carlos disappear at the end there. After all these years he still defends his actions and cannot admit fault for anything.
If you want to see him do this in greater detail look up the interview Carlos did with Patrick Bet David. Crazy how he still wonât own it.
To be fair, he paid those comics to use certain bits. He got Bobby a car....and had him open for him...seriously, that's on the pod. Also, he told other comics to come to him and he'd cut them a cheque, none of them did. Feels like they wanted an imaginary soap box to stand on.
â@@vandalg282 To be fairer, if they didn't accept the money as you're suggesting, if he still used their material (the thing careers can be built on) as a bigger more successful performer.. how fair is saying come get a one time check from me (if you can prove it), I've already had my time with it and it's in my special? đ€Ł It's essentially Monopoly.
That's already been established and handled legally....hence copyright law existed for hundreds of years now. The problem? Most don't hold up in court because its not verbatim.
Also fair use...all I have to is change some key ingredients and its now my joke. Of course this isn't just in comedy, the arts in general allow this, from music to painting.
No one hires a lawyer or records or comes up to them about it. Then there's the fact that nothing under the sun is original..so at this point its whether you like the message or the messenger.
Carlos is part of this craze of people who just wonât admit wrongdoing. Type A personalities. Lots more of them out there these days.
This is why Carlin, Chapelle, and Norm McDonald were exceptional. Nobody else can deliver their jokes.
I thought Norm was over rated. He constantly says âyou knowâ like every 5 seconds. Once you notice it you canât unnotice it
â@@truckmusic1 I was thinking to myself. When was Norm ever funny? Maybe that's why?
Chappelle stole the lgbtq joke of them riding in the car
Norm is the greatest and funniest of them all.
same with patrice
Mencia was the top comic at this time. Joe got banned from the comedy store after this. Then a few years later, Mencia disappeared, and Joe Rogan has the biggest podcast ever
Thats whats so ironic. Menicia's own material is actually hilarious - not that there is ever a "good" reason to steal, but there was no reason to steal. I listened to a podcast about this very thing; they asked a comedian and he's like "some people are addicted to the kill" Even tho they are great, they feel the need to steal jokes. Robin Williams was WELL known for stealing jokes. Like WTF?!?! RObin totally didnt need to steal - his own material was awesome - yet he did it anyway. Watch Joe Rogan talk about it . Its unreal.
@@tellurye Mencia was garbage all around.
@@BCTvfx I laughed at some of his stuff, but I didnt like his character or merit (or lack thereof) - I dont care how talented you are - if you arent a decent person Im not even going to partake of their stuff even for free.

who he is, or what he did.
Joe Rogan did in 10 years, what took Howard Stern 40 years to achieve.
Stern absolutely DESPISES Podcasts, and Rogan, because Rogan managed
to completely surpass Stern, who is now just an old man to the new generation coming of age, that only knows him from T.V. being a Talent Show Judge.
Stern tried to go "woke" to remain relevant and now "interviews" big names, basically filling the void that
the late great Larry King left with his passing. (R.I.P.đŻ)
Joe has been involved in MMA and comedia a LONG time.
One my favorite quotes from Bill Hicks when asked about Dennis Leary stealing his material he said, âI have a scoop for you. I stole his act. I camouflaged it with punchlines, and to really throw people off, I did it before he did.â Legend
Def a geniusâŠ.
Never heard of him...
Hicks was special...genius. One of very few comedians who could make me almost puke with laughter with his brilliance.
Was mentioning this exact thing above. One of the only times I'd heard about comics stealing material.
Bill Hicks was âmake you thinkâ funny, heâd say shit youâd think and reflect on days laterâŠ
Carlos is STILL fighting it. That's a wild hill to die on.
He's bitter, that clip was the downfall of his successful career at the time. Now Rogan has the biggest podcast in the world and he is irrelevant.
Patrice telling those jokes cracked me up, Amy telling them just made me shake my damn head
Thatâs her schtick- she thinks gross = funny, and no, thatâs not it at all, Patrice was at times disgusting, but his delivery was so hysterical you didnât care about the grossness of it. She does it because âoh Iâm a girl and weâre never gross like that, so thatâs my angle!â
@@JumpCutThis yeah Patrice's facial expressions, voice changes, fearlessness of all subjects no matter how raunchy... All of that made him a legendary comic. Amy is just a hack, plain and simple.

She took a polygraph and passed. No one noticed that either.
@@obediahpolkinghorniii564 donât need a polygraph to watch the clips side by side and see that she stole the joke
@@ogmoose5930 Polygraphs are relied on by the intelligence services, especially for security clearance vetting. They're relied on by post-conviction sex offender monitoring and treatment programs. They're admissible in civil court.
A well-edited propaganda video... isn't.
@Obediah Polkinghorn III I know there was a time when polygraphs seemed much more reliable, but nothing will change the fact that it's not. At best, I'd still say 50/50.
Tldr: "An honest person may be nervous when answering truthfully and a dishonest person may be non-anxious."
Polygraph tests don't paint a whole picture. There's no evidence that suggests that when you lie, it's directly related to an increase in your heart rate, blood pressure, sweating, or breathing. And like I said above, just because you're telling the truth, doesn't mean you won't get nervous under questioning.
And YES, Law Enforcement still uses polygraphs from time to time... but not for the reasons you might think:
"One possibility is the belief that they're useful as a prop - part of what Saxe calls the "theater" of interrogation. "If the examiner does the theater well, and tricks the subject into believing that his or her lies can be detected, they might confess," he says.
Related is the belief that polygraphs might be useful as a deterrent: If a sex offender believes he or she is going to be regularly subjected to accurate lie detection tests, committing a crime suddenly looks like a guarantee of heading back to prison. For both of these uses, it doesn't matter whether the test actually works, just that it's perceived as effective."
those aren't Patrice's jokes though. He was just relaying the names for these acts that have existed for decades. Dirty Sanchez, Donkey Punch, etc. He was just talking about them. Neither comic was insinuating that they invented the terms or the joke. She stole other jokes that are a better example.

That was never the point. In a world with billions of people, everyone has already said everything. The difference is that only very few people have the skill to do it in front of a large crowd as a professional. It then becomes their joke going forward.
@@alexmartin6561 delivery is key as well
â@@alexmartin6561 They weren't ever his jokes. They've been going round since forever
@@dubhaltach Yes they were. Anyone can think of anything and most ideas in the world have already been thought of. Steve jobs wasn't the first person to come up with the idea of the iphone. But he was the one to put together the team to make it a reality. Same with jokes. You can think and say a joke but unless you go up on stage and make it work professionally, the joke isn't associated with you.
Not only does Amy steal jokes⊠she also has a gunt.
Love seeing ppl get exposed like this !!!
Louis makes much of Dane stealing his baby name bit, but never mentions that he -- himself -- stole it from Steve Martin.
The best part about the Rogan clip is... You have to be how careful you are with insulting him. He can put you to sleep or kick your fucking head off of your shoulders. đ
And this is why Joe is still famous and Carlos is no where to be found
To be fair his net worth is 8 million dollars, that's nothing in the celebrity world. The guy is probably sitting in a huge house watching t.v. while people still talk shit about him, lol.
RIP to the legend Patrice OâNealâŠ.passed away right as his prime was starting đ
"I'm not defending!" He says while defending without realizing it
I love how everyone was defending Mencia and now everyone knows how much of a slime ball he was LOL
