AWS stands for automatic warning system it's like a dead-man Button if you don't press the button fast enough the train will auromaticly activate the emergency brake because the train thinks that your dead

Well I stumbled on Dan's videos because I bought Train Simulator 2015...while I was drunk and tooling around on Steam (so I'm now officially a sad old git). His video of TD 2015 had comments disabled so I'll just say here, I wet myself laughing and actually bought the route he was using on that video, just for the lulz. Even the Missus laughed herself sick watching the TD 2015 video and she hates computer games. :-)
If you want to comment, there's a sub-reddit. Its in the description. Comments were disabled due to twats being rude and offensive. Only cool kids/adults on Reddit.

I know what it is. I don't even drive trains just sim. I learned about it on the air crash investigation TV show about the Hinton Alberta train derailment. Where a Canadian National crashed into a Via rail. The driver rigged the dead man switch and he ended up falling asleep

Dan is right about super zoom drivers. It's in train sim, flight sim, OMSI...all drivers/pilots have amazing eye sight.

I know that probably no one knows the answer to this, but why does Hammersmith show on the track map at 9:39? From what I recall there isn't any Overground stations in Hammersmith, just Underground, so why is it there? O.o

Hammersmith and City terminates (or begins, depending on your point of view) at Hammersmith; the Piccadilly and District lines pass through it (also on the surface).
Parts of the London Underground are overground. Hammersmith is one of those places

CZcams thought they were bloody GENIUSES when they allowed people to post links. One of the most liked comments on a video was 'Fresh tits' with a shortened link (I imagine a virus) so he put those links and shortened links into the deleted words and people were evading it(if I remember correctly) and then I think that people were being general assholes so he decided to disable comments.
Also, fuck mid rolls.
