My family and I have made this decision today, and we feel like it was the best/smartest decision for Ryan's sake.

Ok this is kinda off topic but I really like how raw this video is... the stutters, the moments of silence so you could think of what to say next.. this felt like I was having a conversation with a real human. My son is the same way. In a, what is supposed to be happy going situation, he’s just not present. He gets very over things quickly. For others it might come across as ungrateful, but it’s truly just over stimulation and not be able to stay present in that. I hope I’m making sense. I totally get it and can relate, but sometimes it’s just hard to explain or understand. I am in Stafford Virginia. That is soooo cool. You guys are amazing.

I think this part of autism awareness is just as important as all of the things he can do. We have to be sensitive to the over stimulation and how that effects him. I think I can safely say - we love you guys and only want what’s best. 💙 TY for educating us, and protecting him and giving him what he needs.
I completely understand, both me and my younger brother are on the spectrum and I get how overwhelming things can be and that when I receive things other people don't understand how grateful I am because I don't know how to express it. I'm glad you're still going to be posting other videos, you guys never fail to make me happy 😊
I just came across your guys tik toks. It’s so nice to see how important your brother is to you, and how you make sure to take care of his needs. My sister could careless about having a close relationship with me, but I’ve always wanted to be close to her. And we’re in our 30’s now. 😅 I’ve always had a bit of jealousy (not in a spiteful way, but just like I wish I had that) when people are close with their family. No family is perfect, but it’s nice how much you love each other.🙏🏻

No problem at all! We love you guys! If it offers any sort of relief, don't feel necessary to do unboxing videos. Just let him open whatever else he may wind up receiving in this meantime camera-free. You could always just lay out everything around a room and have Ryan thank everyone in one clean swoop.❤

Do not apologize for doing what’s best for him. I, as along with you and your family only want him to smile and be comfortable. I understand this is too much at one time for him all too we’ll. I feel like content creators sometimes feel a sense of responsibility in giving their audience a way to connect with them - and most choose a PO box. However, this just does not work for everyone and no one can expect that from you and Ryan. You need to ensure you are doing what is best for you guys and your family at every step in your journey. I feel your struggle. I'm a single Mom to 6 yr old twins with a rare chromo disorder and are autistic. I JUST came across a story on fb and it led me to this channel. I don't have tictok so was hoping to catch you guys here. My 1 little guy gets overwhelmed and overstimmed when his routine is off. I get it. Hugs to you and your family. Y'all are amazing and love seeing the sibling relationship you have. My twins bring the very best out of each other... but also the very worst. 🙄🙄🤦♀️🤣🤣

Britt, I just wanted you to know that my youngest sister is on the lower end of the spectrum, and all three of our daughters are super high on the spectrum, so I understand the anxiety because it is so intense with autism that it is PALPABLE. So much love to you and Ryan! I just found out about you through Ladbible.

Just a suggestion.. maybe allow people to send gifts at certain times like post the po box one week a month and then close it so your not bombarded with gifts and then save them up and give him a few here and there instead of opening tons at time? Hope that makes sense lol just so we can still send him gifts and show our love and support but no bombard him and not overwhelming him if that makes sense

Hey! I would check into Autism speaks a little more! (Not sure if they still do) but they used to spend some of their funding on vaccine research (which is total crap) love you guys ❤️
I would recommend the autism science foundation
Regardless of their family’s stance on vaccine research, we should respect their request to highlight Autism Speaks. There are differing opinions as to the efficacy of that research in the first place. Anyway, I love them too!! 💕
