Cucumber mint lemonade recipe| Cool refreshing summer drink

Cool and refreshing drink to beat the heat this summer☀️Try this cucumber mint lemonade and stay cool 😎
To make this cucumber lemonade I used:
- 2 cucumbers, peeled and roughly chopped
- 1 lemon, halved
- 1 cup water
- pinch of rock salt
- 2 teaspoons sugar, I prefer less sweet. You can add as per your taste.
- couple of mint leaves, crushed
- ice cubes
- Extra salt for salt rimmed glass
Procedure:
- roughly chop peeled cucumbers add them to the blender with salt, sugar and lemon juice. Blend.
- crush mint leaves
- to make a salt rimmed glass, rub insides of squeezed lemon on the rim and dip it in salt
- add mint leaves, pour juice and ice cubes
Garnish with mint leaves and cucumber. Enjoy this perfect summer drink!
