Russia blames US for attack in Crimea as war in Ukraine rages on

Russian officials have summoned the U.S. Ambassador to issue a formal warning: expect retaliation.
Sounds of laughter can be heard, followed immediately by panic, in a video posted on X by the Russian Embassy in London. It was taken at a beach in Sevastopol, the site of a missile strike Sunday launched by Ukraine.
