Hey If you are in 2nd year of your graduation I would suggest you to focus more on your profile building do more and more skills courses participate in extra curriculum exams to internships that will put a positive impact on your profile With that you can make habit of solving logical based questions mathematics and read daily newspaper an articles that will surely help you in your CAT exam journey

Hey No for IIM Bangalore or in most of the top B School in India work experience is not mandatory if you have experience that is good but if you don't have you can also get into any top b School as a fresher
