  • Hi friends today I am going to show how to make 25 X 18660 battery capacity tester. Here I used ZB2L3 li-ion battery capacity tester kit and battery holder .It is very useful for testing old laptop battery cell capacity . You can test liFepo4 battery also.
You can get the material here--
    Battery tester kit - amzn.to/3Dm7eXn
    Battery holder - amzn.to/3IROpfM
    Li-ion battery charger- amzn.to/36CQZt8

    Thank you for watching .

I tested the batteries on xtarvc8 and then on these zb2l3 and the values are close. I recommend these capacitors but it is good that the batteries are charged and discharged then measured again
i like the video congratulation !

interessante o video. Pausei o video quadro-a-quadro e me diverti com a sua criatividade ao anotar os valores de mah. Completamente diferente do que indicava o display...enfim...

Great video, thanks for the brilliant idea! I ordered 12 of them. What charger do you recomand to power them all?

A proper charger. Xtar VC8 is a great charger and 4 slots do a capacity test (but only at 300mA because the charger doesn’t have a fan and would struggle to dissipate the heat). The charger can also put your cells into storage. Just select the storage mode and pop in any cell at any voltage. It will go up or down to get to 3.7V (charging up causes a slightly higher voltage than discharging, discharged cells end up around 3.64 which is actually a better storage voltage IMO)

Puedes verificarlo poniendo un amperimetro en serie con la carga (la resistencia de 5 watts. mides el tiempo y haces el calculo corresopndiente.. tedebe dar el mismo numero o uno muy cercano.. sino, podrias tener algun problema

4.28 4.34 bro that is obviously not a good way to charge those cells. I would also be concerned about voltage drop along the path of the ZB2L3’s. They should be fine with 2A, they don’t draw much current but how low is the USB Micro voltage at the end of the string? I think min voltage is 4.0 but I wouldn’t be happy to see less than 4.5 on the last row just so that they don’t act funky during testing.
Your cells also dropped in voltage significantly by the time you loaded all the cells in which tells me they did not spend enough time in the CV stage….or your bench power supply was feeding 4.35 volts and pulling them off early prevented most of the cells from truly retaining that overcharge. If the cell reads less than 4.15 it’s internal resistance is likely through the roof.

      ZB2L3 working from microusb 4.5-6v
Each one need 70mA. 25 of them need 1750 mA, 2A charger will be enoughf
