Yes, you can encounter trouble anywhere, however, when you’re government continues to neglect your community, continuously disrespect your community while prioritizing other communities, at some point you just have to either accept that your government wants to keep your community on the bottom or you can leave for greener pastures. There are so many ethnic groups who experience this, especially in Africa and some of them even fight for independence, we just want peace.

I think Ghana, Gabon, Nigeria, Senegal and Ivory Coast are quite developed too like East and Southern Africa. I notice the wealthy and upper middle class black Americans seem to love Ghana and Kenya even though Kenya is cheaper than Ghana since they use dollars too in Ghana while Rwanda like Botswana specifically focused on Americans to help them live there so you have many Americans there who usually work for corporations in America that expand to these regions as well.
They also hear about South Africa the most in the mainstream media but never move there because they don’t want to experience racism in their own homeland but other Southern African nations like Namibia, Zambia and Botswana have a good quality of life and peace of mind.
