    Thank you! Tip #2 is something I've been looking for! I sometimes end up in that mode and could never figure out how to get back to it after I clicked the stopwatch to create a key frame. So handy. And so simple once you know how to do it. You can also adjust the position by a small amount by using the arrow keys when in that mode.

    Justin I don't know why it took this long to find you. I was literally starting to create transition presets like the zoom in and out. I looked around and couldn't find exactly what I was looking for. The algos saved me today by recommending this video. $50 for the effects and transitions is well worth it and is going to save me a ton of time. Just liked, subscribed, this is my comment, bell rung, and I just purchased the presets. Thank you!

    SHIFT D not (CMND D) with clips selected adds cross dissolve to all selected clips. Not sure if I have a different hot key set up

    I’ve been using L trick for over 2 years inside of premiere 2020 but after update to premiere 2022 after pressing L timeline and program monitor freezes and I can only hear the sound playing for ca. 1 minute. If there is any fix apart from downgrade back to previous version please share it 🙏

    I created a preset with 3 audio effects to include a parametric band where I’ve set various levels.
    I saved the preset, but when I apply it to another audio clip the EQ bands are all zeroed out again. Any ideas?
    It puts the effects but then I have to set the values for the effects

    Thank you very much. So good, as always! But I have a side question: how do you make it that only the red arrow from your png is shown and not the black background?

    • @JustinOdisho
      @JustinOdisho  Před 2 lety +1

      If it’s truly a transparent png it won’t have a background

      Yeah I've noticed that most of the "pngs" found on Google, aren't really pngs but jpegs, just so you'll visit the website, make an account and then get the actual png

    • @JustinOdisho
      @JustinOdisho  Před 2 lety +1

      You could also use blending modes as well

    • @benjamin.kelley
      @benjamin.kelley Před 2 lety +1

      You could also make one in Illustrator or Photoshop as a PNG and upload as a still in Premiere.

    Hi Justin. When you have two clips next to each other like in example at 5:04, what do you usually do to apply the fade only to the end of one clip? Because the transition is apply by default to both clips end and start.

    • @JustinOdisho
      @JustinOdisho  Před 2 lety

      Right click method

    • @alexfreedomroad
      @alexfreedomroad Před 2 lety

      @@JustinOdisho OK, but when I do it, the transition is applied to both clips instead of only one.

      Only click on the cut you want

    I can't get CMND D to work. I have about 300 photos in a row that need a cross dissolve. I wish I could get this to work.

    shouldn't tip #1 be to just use resolve?

    Fade between clips??? Really? Also anyone who uses the razor tool instead of the add edit shortcut shouldn't be giving advice.

      I apologize for being snarky.
      These are good tips, I did find them to be very elementary.
      Using add edit as opposed to switching to the cut tool also saves a bunch of time.

    • @thomasdemalignon3680
      @thomasdemalignon3680 Před 2 lety

      PS you fade in and out from clips, you dissolve between clips.

  • @RivuSouravBanerjeeVideoEditor

    that highlighting motion section to move that red arrow tip … wooo 🫠🫠, that’s gonna save. a lot of time
