when i first saw them i thought eww they are ugly ass, but they actually look pretty cool on the van. And the darkening trick also worked like a charm. A tip in case you didn't know fake chrome can actually be made pretty nice using aluminum tape in case you or someone reading have something that needs chromed up. i did the wiper arms on my rat single cab T3 and it looks pretty good and seems to last for a long time. I have somewhat deep dish remotec wheels on it and are thinking of chroming the lip of the wheels with that as well :P Can only last longer than chrome paint

Yeah I don't think they would work as well if the van didn't have all the other mods on it.
