In Africa we call the Bird's Eye Chile "Peri Peri" in Portugal it's called "Piri Piri". The chili is grown in multiple places. Love the way you appreciate food from all cultures. Its refreshing!

I made the yellow Portuguese rice Two weeks ago and it was super fye!!!! I'm making the Peri-Peri chicken today. I just wish that I could see all of the ingredients right now. The writing is too light I'm at the store picking up the ingredients and have to keep reminding the video. It would be nice if you could put the ingredients in the description box as well. I love your cooking shows.

A portuguese dish you could try is called "carapau/cavalas alimadas", that is basically you boil mackerel and leave it in the salt for some days, you gotta search for it better cause I dont know the recipe well xD And then to eat with it, you do what we call "batatat de molho frio", that is potatoes in a cold sauce. For that, you boil you potatoes without cutting, just the whole potato, and then you let them cool, you cut them and put salt, vinegar, garlic and oregano... OMG such a good meal!!!
