When this duo reacted to HALAZIA, they became very intrigued by ATEEZ's lore. Naturally, I had to give them more, and started showing them ATEEZ MVs whenever we had a little extra time at the end of a film session. I was able to show them Intro: Long Journey, Pirate King, Treasure, Say My Name and HALA HALA before our film sessions were halted by the school year ending. There is an acoustic version of Still Here. Believe it’s on one of the Japanese albums so is studio acoustic. Twilight Classic Buddy version is just piano and flute.
My Ateez dream is for them to do an acoustic album and I want Answer to be on it.

The members of ATEEZ were very close pre-debut because they were the first and only trainees of KQ. However, the only members who were friends before joining KQ were Mingi and Yunho and Wooyoung and Yeosang, and none of them were a "ask your friend to audition" situation. Mingi and Yunho were best friends for 4 years pre-audition and then auditioned separately without the other knowing until they both showed up after being accepted. XD Yeosang and Wooyoung were trainees at BigHit (bts label, now HYBE) and Yeosang left to join KQ. A few months later Wooyoung followed him there.
So weird watching Ateez rookie stages again. They are exponentially better at live performances than they were 4 years ago. It's crazy.
Anyways, Say My Name remains my favorite Ateez song. Love it so much!
And they were really good as rookies so their growth is even better.
I notice how more expensive the styling has gotten since their rookie days. Like some styling back then looks like they went shopping at a thrift store and Sears catalogue. Now they wear designer clothes and there’s a lot more work for each style.

few reasons why ateez got good chemistry are because:
1. Yunho and Mingi went to the same dance academy and they are close, they eat together a lot even before they joined the company.
2. Wooyoung and Yeosang were trainees at Bighit (preparing to be TXT)
3. San went to the same school and is in the same class as Yeonjun who was preparing to be TXT at the time. (yeonjun connects people 😃👍)
4. Seonghwa and Hongjoong were taught by the same dance/? teacher
5. ateez members is basically the first trainee kq ent have
it's destiny!!

well, i think when wooyoung and yeosang were at bighit it didn’t necessarily mean they would be in txt, as you can be a trainee without being in the line-up, that just means you/they have to keep training regularly while the line-up team trains for a debut yk
6. San and Jongho are from the same Choi clan which basically means they are long distants cousins 😂😂😂
ATEEZ is literally a group of best friends: Hongjoong/Seonghwa, Yunho/Mingi, Yeosang/Wooyoung/San, and they’re most cherished and loved maknae, Jongho. They were really destined to be together, it’s actually insane how many “coincidences” there are

11:27!!!! that’s honestly why atz are so charismatic to me as artists. they always perform like every stage is their last and genuinely have fun with their discography… though that’s probably due to the fact that they’re allowed to contribute to the production of their music. If only more idols could have the freedom to showcase their original works too.

I’m so happy Jacob said he is an Atiny!! I’m so happy they recognize how incredible Ateez is! They are tripple threats and the future of Kpop. I would love to see them react to Jongho’s recent performance on Immorta Song 2! He did incredibly. Jongho is definitely one of the best voices in Kpop and I’d love to see them react to him in his entirety. All of Ateez can sing and they have amazing voices, but man Jongho is something else. Actually I’d love to see them react to each members solo covers! Seonghwa, Hongjoong, San, Wooyoung, and Jongho have all released covers and they really highlight their voices!! Yes, ATEEZ are A-MAZING live!! If you ever get a chance to go to one of their concerts, do it! It's an experience for life 😉
Also, about how well they work together; there's several stories, like Mingi and YunHo went to school together and were friends, however they both auditioned for KQ, without the other knowing 😅 Wooyoung and Yeosang were both trainees at HYPE and were friends. When Yeosang left HYPE to audition for KQ, Wooyoung followed him, despite being one of the faves to debut, as part of TXT. The ATEEZ members have really beautiful and inspiring friendships, so if you one day want to feel warm and fuzzy, look up some ATEEZ friendship complations 😉❤️
Some of the members were friends before auditioning at KQ but I want to stress on that their chemistry is the result of a lot of work. They train together for years, live together, had a meeting every week were they talked about they issues together. It is something they can be proud of!
Say my Name is a timeless song but you should check out their ballads if you want to hear more of their vocal abilities ❤
And lastly you mentioned their stamina when they perform… imagine doing that for 3 hours 😂 they are insane on stage.

They might like the fandom name better if you let them know the name is the combination of ATEEZ and destiny. As with many other languages, they pronounce the i as ee (A-`tee-ny), but English speakers are more likely to pronounce the i the same as in win (`A-tin-y), because that's how we pronounce destiny.
Ateez is simply too good. I love them. They're the fastest group to ever become one of my ults. Now they sit with Day6, Seventeen, and Loona at the top of my fav groups list.

About the rapping not doing it so low, they can do it live too, but normally when done higher specially by Hongjoong he said and you can tell is because he gets so excited his voice gets higher xD and other times they simply want to hype the crowd more and bring more energy since they are concerts. But also sometimes must have been bc it's hard to do the low notes when they perform too much to not get out if breath.
And other times tho specially recently Hj sings parts lower than the original, for more hype too! I love it bc it will always be different keeping it more entertaining!

Oh, about the friend thing. Yunho and Mingi were actually good friends before auditioning for KQ, they were in the same dance academy if I remember correctly and had an amaznig connection back then too. Wooyoung and Yeosang were best friends and trained together in bighit (with txt'x members), when Yeosang left BigHit, Wooyoung went after him and auditioned for KQ too, he said to Yeosang "If I fail I want to fail with you, If a suceed I want to suceed with you". There's another coincidence. When Seonghwa was deciding if he should audition to be and idol or leave it be, one of his teachers told him about an amazing trainee to inspire him. That trainee was Hongjoong. Hongjoong found out many years later when Seonghwa talked about that on a magazine interview.
Also, usually the trainee life is very hard and trainees tend to be very competitive because not everyone gets to debut, making it hard to be friends with your fellow trainees from the same company. But Wooyoung is a social butterfly and, even if he was the last one to join the company, he has been described as the glue of the group. He's the one responsible to make them a group of friends instead of only coworkers.

Yeosang is also low voices and Jongho can actually sing pretty low but rarely does because Mingi or Yeosang sing the lower parts.
Jongho has some covers with lower register singing and just competed on Immortal Songs as a soloist.
They were put together by their company. Yeosang and Wooyoung were at Big Hit together before switching to KQ and Yunho and Mingi were at the same dance academy together and signed with KQ without the other knowing.
i feel like most of them can sing fairly low, like San, Seonghwa and Yunho are also really good at it imo!
@@emmylia true-Seonghwa and Yunho have both sung lower range. I think they are used more in tenor range but Yunho sings pretty low in their Immortal Songs Fantastic Baby/Nillili Mambo cover.
