i never hear anyone say that they genuinely love kale but i do so i appreciated that- for me baking it in the oven w olive oil, salt, and lemon juice is SO good i can eat kale like chips if i make it that way

Happy New Year, Sophie! I love when I see a great girl like you set up and have a spa! Makes all ladies pretty and provides relaxation at the same time! Do your dogs ever sleep with you in bed or do they always sleep in their own beds? Because sometimes my dog sleeps with me whenever I want him to to be cuddled, until he decides to leave to his own bed.

Im allergic to apples, pineapple and dairy, and I can't have umm grapefruit 😮
Are you dairy and gluten free or do you use certain things by choice? ive noticed you tend to use things like coconut yogart ☺
i am vegetarian and i eat as vegan as possible!! ahah as a personal choice and for ethical reasons. as far as gluten, i just feel like it upsets my stomach a bit more (i don’t have celiac disease tho) and i know its more inflammatory and since i already have stomach issues i try to avoid it if i can :))
