Maida use karna chahiye. Nahi toh binding nahi milegi. Agar aap rice flour use karte ho toh corn flour math daliye.

How much salt to add (please tell the correct measurement) in the sauce?

Add 1/4 tsp. As there is salt in all the sauces like soy sauce, ketchup or tomato sauce. Also we add salt in Gobi. Taste it before adding fried Gobi. If you feel less, then add little salt. Hope this helps.

Grind chilles and tomatoes and use it as a sos and say ur experience it is so tasty u knoe instead of sos I tried many but no use indian style is very tasty I swear.
