Light's also super smart so it should also be sus for him, but I guess he just assumes there happens to be a detective with the same name as a famous author. Dazai, on the other hand, is even smarter than Light, _and_ he should have gotten more info from the author comment, since it's pretty obvious there isn't any famous author sharing his name where he's from. Not knowing about a random detective is pretty normal, but not knowing about a famous author you share a name with? 🤔
