In the MV of this song, he makes a parody of action movies, like 007: We have a mafia, a girl hostage to bandits, beautiful women, fights, car escape... There's plenty more pop he's done but I think you should next react to the performance he put out a few days ago, which is another version of Dudarai, but very different from his previous treatments. It starts "traditional" but then he switches to yet another genre /style that's completely unlike anything I've heard him do before, though blending elements that are recognizably Dimash of course. It's a genre he's got a degree in, so it's been surprising that he's not really shared it with us before, but it instantly felt like he was not only an expert in it but was born singing this new way. He never fails to surprise me, including how many and how extreme the surprises are.

Here’s a few suggestions to look through.. “Daididau”, a Kazakh folk song (I highly recommend the Adai+Daididau Bastau 2017 version, in this performance he wears his native Kazakh attire), “Samaltau”, “Akkuym”, “Dearest Mother” (a young Dimash singing with his parents, Dimash’s grandparents are also seen in the audience, sadly his grandpa passed away not too long ago), “My Beauty” (a very young Dimash, releasing his 1st self composed song).

The very beginning of the song startled me completely, however, the rapping didn't quite surprise me. What did surprise me was the setting of this video, as you said, in a club,...like him commercializing himself.
