- Before Kcon 2019 NY, I was walking around Times Square looking for Ateez. I totally thought it was a shot in the dark, but I managed to hear the intro to Aurora and to my right was Ateez!

@@toottoot2121 I feel your pain. I live an hour away by train. If I knew they were going to be there I would've been there hours before. They didn't announce it on Twitter or IG or anything so that kinda disappointed me. Plus my friend was staying at a hotel just one Avenue away. Had I stayed over the night before at her hotel like I was about to, then maybe I would have seen them that day. Maybe next time

Also, bts has performed in New York before, they've also been on their interview shows so they've seen bts before and probably see them constantly on ads or other types of promotions. However, that does not excuse the fact people are assuming every male Korean Idol group that comes to America is 'BTS' which is exactly what has happened here. There is another fancam of Ateez dancing in public here and the person put in the title "BTS dancing at Madison Square Garden" before the comment section corrected them and told them it was Ateez and not bts.
