By far the best cover of this song. Relatively simple song to learn but you really need to deliver the lyrics in a certain way.
I recommend Toni Lindgren's cover if you haven't already seen it.
Learning a lot of " simple" Dylan songs is like this. I'm learning " You ain't goin' nowhere" & has a similar issue...you got to do the lyrics & phrasing in a certain way to not mess up the entire thing
Simple ? It’s alternate tuning and a lot of fancy double stops … it seems a tad harder than simple ? Simple is Knocking on Heavens Door !!! :)
@@meadish her version is the best !!! Also check out Wendy Bucklew version . This JM version doesn’t compare to either .
@@meadish She does a nice job too but I would not put her on the same level as Mayer as a guitarist. He adds a lot of subtle touches that make it all his own; while she plays it pretty straight. Nothing wrong with what she's doing but just not comparable in my opinion.
