- How to make Automatic currency Sanitizer Machine
NOSA, a DIY product to stop the spread of covid through note exchanges in the community. Although it is not yet proved officially. But some people have doubts and they are sanitizing in their different ways.
Hence we thought of doing this product to make their life easy and effective way. Specially for merchants it is more useful.
The main reason for NOSA to be cost effective is that we just used a normal alcohol based sanitizer, DC motors for moving and flipping notes both sides, fans for drying the notes, PVC pipe and cardboard sheets for the body.
Heater and UV ray machine will make you high cost for DIY.
Our product will use only less than 2A of current under 12V.Unlike heating element will require more current (~6A).
Caution:
One more thing we want you inform that it is not best practice to sanitize the notes because it may reject in ATM machines. (Not proved officially).
But if we go for UV rays machine it will be high cost and dangerous too.
Something is better than nothing.

So...I can buy $60 in materials. Spend 120 hours measuring, cutting, gluing, oiling & wiring. And I CAN HAVE a totally inadequate machine that basically does NOTHING but give a paper bill a "carnival ride"?!? AWESOME!!
Now that I think about it though...think I'll just buy a $50 state of the art, UV sanitizing box!!

Sanitizing and air dry, not heat dry
Until that 50-note is sanitized, its value became 30-note due to high inflation :) Takes a veeeery long time to travel....
