Installing my new ROCKSHOX MTB Fender Front and Rear

Installed ROCKSHOX MTB fender at the front. We also installed it to the rear for additional protection in my Mountain bike .

Good vid but you gotta hide your zip tie ends. And take off the protective laminate sheet in on the outside of the guards

With the direction of tire rotation when moving forward it’s not effective at all unless you’re going backwayrds 😅. Purely cosmetic

You have to options to protect from scratches. 1. Electrical tape 2. 3M paint protection film 2"

What is the red tape good for?

The tape is sometimes used where the zip ties will be, to minimize damage done to the paint/frame, in case you overtighten them, etc etc.

The rockshox mtb fender is for front fork only. But We just put in the rear to make it look even.
