    Ingredients: 1 Egg; 1.5 Cups of Fresh Raspberries; 1 Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract, 1/2 Cup of Orange Juice; 1 Cup of Almond Flour (or Regular Flour); 1 Cup of Rice Flour; 1/2 Cup of Sugar, 3 Tablespoons of Melted Butter and 1 Teaspoon of Baking Soda. Bake for 25 minutes at 400 F (200 C) or depending on your oven. Enjoy this delicious and healthy summer bake!
