That is some really beautiful country. There didn't seem to be any other anglers. Is there restricted access to prime waters in Norway, simply a lot of available water per angler, or were the other anglers encountered just edited out?
It's early in the season. A lot more people later on when there's more bugs.
I do not know for sure what streamer it is but it does remind me of a fry imitator pattern named the polar fry.
If u want really big trout like 4kg+ u should come to juutua river in august
Thanks for the prompt reply; that is rare for a channel with a large viewership. I don't have any problems yet; probably because I only have ten subscribers up to now. What would you say to a fly swap? I have some nymphs and streamers that I tie that would likely do well on your trout, grayling, and giant perch. And on that note, do those perch taste as good as the ones here in the United States? They are in the same genus (and appear very similar except in size), but are a different species.

Listening to this Hagelin guy really made me sad. Seems to have lost all ability to enjoy the finer fishing fishing for normal sized fish.
