My editor tried speeding up the gameplay a bit and cutting a little of my voice out during uneventful moments. Its just a test for now that we may try in 1 more video or 2 and then we'll decide whether its worth using those speed ups or not based on the feedback we get

Quick edit because I think it is important. Like ian was saying, talk to someone, even like ian said yourself, if you are struggling it might seem hard and it might not feel like it would help, but you are worth it, asking for help is not a weakness it actually shows strength. You are not alone. Sometimes it is hard to believe, but you are not alone.

@jacob5950 I'm sure almost everyone has had to at least think about that kind of thing at some point in their life. A while ago I didn't feel very good about myself. I had to realize that it was some habits I had like being too shy, taking the easy way out, and not wanting to work hard that were setting me back. I was able to put my energy out in the right place and now I'm quite the opposite of what I was back then ✌️

I think the idea that someone hates something about themselves rather than themselves as a whole is a really good message that I don’t see enough. I’ve struggled with mental health in the past, and looking back, it was only really a few aspects of my life that I didn’t like. I still slip into poor habits from time to time, but I’ve been trying to turn what I hate into things that no longer exist. Ian is absolutely right. Just work on what you can do to improve yourself, and nothing life throws at you will ever drive you to take your own life. Thank you Ian for your lovely messages. I’m sure there are lots of people here who needed to hear them.

The "ryley placement" comment was actually a nice touch. Despite the sensitivity of the subject, it's always important to find that silver lining and that small dose of joy and light no matter how dense the darkness is. The topic might not be a joke, but i think its good that we can find even the tiniest bit of humor in it. And for anyone fighting those demons, just dont let them 3-crown you. You can still still make it to top ladder in life. You dont have to rage quit. You can do it.
Well I have to say, I've had depression and the worst thing you can hear when you feel bad is "what problems do you have, they are not important". Actually depression is curable, but it's hard, it's hard to find yourself in that and it's hard to live. After 2 suicides attempts I have to say, that something needs to be done with depression problems. Just to many people feel like their mind is off and they don't feel happy from mamy reasons. I have to say, that I got so much lucky with the support I got and the work I put to get from that myself. Now I'm happy the way I am, I feel like I still have something to do. Thank you Ian for this message, because it can remind all of us, that someonr near us could have depression and suffer and we need help them not to feel alone❤
I think we need to find the meaning in life ❤️ again and it's hard . For me it was exercise and nature that help me out of depression 🏃🏿♂️
Ian I must thank u for talking about this difficult subject. I myself went trough a period of heavy depression (Don't worry I'm better now) and I gound out that the more people talk about these things the more it helped me because there seems to be this heavy stigma around mental health while so many people struggle with it daily. So I believe it's great that you contribute to breaking down this stigma and helping people talk about these issues.

I think your advice is great, Ian, that is the part about not killing yourself but rather something about yourself. We owe it to ourselves to be ethical of the inner during that process, but as you may know, those who do suffer from mental health struggles have a disassociation between the authentic and the perceived inner. I always enjoy your videos and just wanted to share my thoughts, much love!

my brother killed himself in 2018, and he seemed happy he did have a rough patch and we thought he got through it that's why you should always be nice to people never know what they are going through, but ty for speaking up on it. The more awareness it gets it could save a life down the line.
