@@LeratoScribess I think yes, it is. "Western" doesn't necessarily means "white, mostly white or white-ruled". Look at the Japan or South Korea or Taiwan, for example. They are counted as Western countries although Asian ones.
On the other side, some white (i.e. European) countries aren't part of the West or at least, aren't a full part: this is the case of Russia, Belarus and Ukraine, of course but to some extent it could be also said about Central European (like my homeland Czechia) or Balkan countries.
And just for clarification: when I have written about the USA and SA as "foremost Western countries" it was, of course, in relation to this footage. Some depicted scenes are from those states, obviously.

Still don't get why delivery guys just leave packages out in the open. That's not a delivery at all. That's why a delivery must always involve a physical handover, or a physical approval of the recipient of the dropoff location. The driver of the Mercedes was purchasing a pair of earbuds from the guy right outside of his home. The driver gave him 1 good bill and the rest fakes. You see the rest being instant karma. You literally looked up other instant karma videos and gave them your own story, DOWN VOTE AND NEVER SUB - EVER.
