- Revolved half moon pose - In this tutorial we practice Parivrtta Ardha Chandrasana, the Revolved half moon pose with the help of a chair to stabilise our balance as well as keeping the pelvis level. We then move to the wall - facing into the wall and facing away from the wall, this gives us stability but also a stronger sense of our alignment. The use of props (chair and wall) are a helpful element of Iyengar Yoga
