The Bible is black history. Most of the people in the Bible were black. I wish the black churches would study this more and educate their congregations of this.

Exactly! This has been scientifically proven for much of the 20th Century and important men died because of it. Through the 5013C rule the Church cannot talk about such things. They dare not bring attention too it. They are encouraged to stay away from subjects addressing who God's chosen people really are, among other things. Many truths have been hidden for centuries, but the age of truth and information has come today. Evil and the people who engage in it has had a light shined on it. Only those awake have recognized it, accepted it, and knew not to rationalize it away. Check out "Stephen Darby" on YT who knew who Black people really were, and broke it down so we could understand.; He also knew that Jesus Christ was Messiah and eventually He would end up dying for it...
@@holyfire327 I seriously doubt thats important. God invented colors so I’m sure if the color of people was important he would have made mention of it. Racism didn’t just start in the 20th century. John 3:16 says he loved the “WORLD” so much not just black people. When he says in Mathew 6:9 he does not say black people on you should pray from the kingdom of God. 2 Timothy 3:16,17 all scripture are inspired for teaching was for everyone. No where in the Bible does God show favoritism to any one race of people. No body know what color Noah’s 3 sons were and we all came from them after the flood Genesis 9:19 . Unless you have laid eyes on him or have a scripture to back it up color means nothing to him but your words and actions do.

Sadly that's very true. But much of it stems from being miseducated by Christianity. The entire Bible is a book written by Black people, to Black people and for Black people. The entire nation of Israel is Black. We may be mixed now but everyone in that region was initially Black. Joseph and Moses fit right in with Black Egyptians. The Messiah's parents hid amongst Black people. Paul was mistaken for an Egyptian why? Read the Zondervan Bible Dictionary, look up Ham. He was not the progenitor of the Negro. Who was? Shem! Christianity continues the lie by not telling you who you really are. But our stiff necks and hard hearts made Yahuah take our heritage away. He Himself put us to sleep because of our ancestors sins. So we must repent and come back to him. Read Jeremiah 17:4 , Romans 11:8 Read Deuteronomy 30 Yahuah's waking His children to their true identity. Many are doing damage control. Many are returning to our true history, heritage and culture. Christianity would have you believe we worshipped false images, sadly we did. But our Father and Israel's husband never gave up on us! Which nation scattered around the entire world is still under the curses of Deuteronomy 28:46? That's how you can identify Yahuah's people. Not those who are the richest in the entire world.

I was taught as a child the song, Jesus Loves the Little Children, red and yellow black and white. As a mixed raced person from a mixed race family I have found myself in bad situations where I have witnesses racism. Racism in the Church and from the mouths of Preachers. I totally hear where your coming from. And I am feeling deeply sorry to hear that you experience racism in the church. But you know the church is one of the main reasons why racism exist. NO, he was a fictional character. You have a heritage in ISRAEL, the actual people who migrated throughout the African continent. As a descendant of those who were settled in West Africa and taken hostage by Christians into slavery in the Americas, you very likely descend from the Jews of Nigeria, the Igbo people.

I had no idea that people in the bible were people of color until my dad told me. Then that's when I started reading the bible more and doing my own research and found the number of times the word "Ethiopian" and " Kush" pops up throughout the bible. I always thought that jesus was a white man that had blonde hair and blue eyes. It's just amazing to know that people in the bible were people of color.

Most ministers have sold out. They only preach what they have learned in the school of man ( taught by Europeans, who enslaved us) . They are afraid that if the preach the truth, they may lose their tax exemption and have to pay taxes on all that free money 💰 that they are fleecing from people who don’t read & understand the Bible. They want to approval of man instead of God Most High. But, YAH is waking up His people who have been under spiritual blindness. Praise Him🙏🏾

@GN - It is not just a matter of COLOR; if that were the case, many people groups who are "Black-looking" or dark-skinned would have the same mindset and heart-set that Black people, in particular ADOS, has. The fact is, they don't. Not even Africans are as open to embracing other groups - including other African groups - as Black/ADOS people are. Furthermore, these other "colored" people would remain the target for destruction by dominant society but they are not. Black/ADOS is a CULTURE with a rich heritage - distinct from the African - and imbued with a love of all people even though we currently have a problem turning that love towards ourselves. And, yes, we are precious and EQUAL in His eyes but He commands we be that in each other's eyes as well.

Like God I like diversity, it's what is in ones heart that matters not skin color. Romans 8: 38-40
Diversity is good, and God wants ALL of us to come to live with him in His kingdom. But God took a very deliberate and very thorough effort to explicitly include the documentation of lineage, national/tribal affiliations, ethnicity and culture in His Word, regarding the prophets and apostles. What we view as race and even skin color incorporates all of this. It would behoove us NOT to disregard that which HE so diligently describes to us, and to really figure out why HE deems it important for us to know, in this walk with Him in our salvation. It does matter but is not the most important thing. It mattered enough for people to paint him white and to keep making Bible movies with nothing but a white European cast.. People even donate money to Israel because they feel like they need to help his people.. To my understanding all the people in the Bible were light- dark color, even Jesus was taken to Egypt so he would blend in to hide from Herod, so when he returns don't be looking for a white blue-eyed long flowing beautiful savior look for our God

People have been brainwashed to focus on skin color as their god, fill their hearts with hatred towards less melaninated people and while doing that claim they're serving the God of the Bible.

Thank you pastor for your teaching us about the importance of black people in the Bible. I just wanted to take it a step further. Black history is ALL HISTORY !!!! In black history comes all religious belief systems and all cultures. I believe that Ethiopia is the birth place of humanity. Every single continent on this earth has some form of Ethiopian culture in it. Ethiopia can only be found in Africa. If we breakdown the word Ethiopian it literally means black.

I have long said Black people have the SPIRIT but not the TRUTH; White people have the TRUTH but not the SPIRIT. I thank you, Pastor Evans, for this informative and enriching presentation. My faith was lost for more than a decade because I truly believed God didn't care what happened to Black people - upon whose backs not only was the United States built but the embodiment of Christianity throughout the Americas. Therefore, I thought it folly to serve Him. Some years ago He brought me back by a "chance" discussion I had with my hair stylist (a Black man) who showed me a sermon of a White preacher stating that Blacks were the only group who had never cursed God during their atrocities. Though a lot of us have fallen away during the past 40 years, I am moved to tears and gratitude that in many spaces my God is revealing the beauty and majesty of the greatest people He ever made - and, turning up the heat on all who are comfortable watching and contributing to our wretchedness. May God keep you always. Will be buying this book and showcasing on my channel!

Amen; I live in a senior apartment owned & operated by Jewish Home Life in Atlanta. A Russian Jew tenant tied to kick up dust stating that his parents & grandparents had a lot of black help in NY maids & such. Even went to ask about words like Negroes, Black, Colored and what "we" like to be called. I let him talk and when he finished I stated that I myself moved first to Houston, than to Atlanta but originally I am from Upstate NY. A 3rd generation preachers daughter, with African, Blackfoot, & Cherokee in my lineage. Than I smiled and said not to worry I understand; Moses wife was an Ethiopian African based on Numbers 12:1-10. His sister had a problem with her being Ethiopian and spoke against Moses & God came down in a cloud & gave Mariam leprosy for being racist against Moses black wife because God hates racist. Moses father in law actually taught him about leadership, delegation, and management to lead the people. Moses is the main leader in the Jesus faith and his wife was black. Jews generally identity as white but in reality they are what is called in the black community as "PASSING". I told him his secret is safe with me and I would not tell if he would not tell. Jim Crow states one ounce of Black blood & forever the lineage I'd Black. Smiled and said have a blessed day - haven't had a problem with him since. Always speaks doesn't say much about Black people to me any more though.
