I cant find rich truffle base here can u suggest any substitute for it please
you can use cooking cream in place of truffle base and put some extra compound chocolate.
Can we make this with double cream Nd cooking choclate
you can do this with cooking cream like amul fresh cream and compound chocolate.

Important video. I love it. I hv a question dear, when im not having whipcream i make ganache from milk+ butter+ cooking chocolte. I just want to know when i pour this on to cake and if i keep it in the frige will ganache hard?
hi, thank you. yes it will cause it has butter in it. keep it for less time in fridge.

Hello mam, do we need not set it over night for using this icing on the cake??
yes you have to set it for layering of your cake. for drip cakes or poring sauce on a truffle cake you can use it as it is. in winters it sets faster, in summers you might have to take a portion of it and refrigerate till it become spreadable.
