Sir I have some questions When we discharge pt to home can we prescribe only paracetamol to him or we should give NSAIDS ? - in case of closed fracture or ligment injuries if the pt is dm or the pt is child does we need to prescribe antibiotics for him as a prophylactic measure to prevent osteomyelitis ? Is this true ?
