I do 1 minute of high step toe bouncing in the first kilometre as a stretch warmup and then blast off!

We can do any number rigjt? Like a 1000? The more the better right?
It’s all about correct patterns of movement. More with quality is fine - more with deterioration of movement is detrimental
Can you do an extension of this video showing how you would transition the 100ups into a run or use it when running naturally?
You can use this as a knee up drill before a run to prime the right patterns of movement or think about the components of this drill in the middle of a run when form is failing eg upright, arm swing, lift feet.
