I can do 88-112 continues full pushups on a given day but usually can't push past 90 partial pushups.
Chef realistically is just probably on TRT nothing major. Some people have myostatin deficiency where they can be extremely naturally muscular without gear ⚙️ because it personally runs in my family. I have 20 inch arms naturally and never touched a roid. When I work out seriously they even gain up to 21 inches pumped legitimately. Leroy Colbert also had 21 inch arms before steroids were introduced to him in the early 60s. My grandfather which was a world war II vet was the same way but more vascular with it.
