This match was brutal and absolutely brilliant..Chuck and Trent reminded us all of how great ECW was...and this match was also a great showcase in showing how good a wrestler Chuck Taylor is.I hope he recovers from that injury soon.
This Parking Lot Fight was insane, one of the best matches in the history of Rampage. Both Trent Beretta and Chuck Taylor took each other to the Extreme, ECW Style.
This was so good. The grittiness of two former best friends fighting it out this way, being in the same iconic parking lot as their fight with Santana and Ortiz, the unintentional hug, and finally Don Callis looking on at the end, hoping to recruit Trent Beretta.
I can’t believe Trent Beretta is heel I’m loving it &I bet was a set up with Trent Beretta freshly squeezed @ double or nothing @ MGM casino on 5/26/24 this should have been the main in my opinion for aew rampage tonight

It sucks knowing that from what we know now about his injury that this might end up being Chuck Taylor’s last ever wrestling match. If this is the case, he can at least be very proud he went out on something he wanted to do.
My problem with this storyline is they didn’t really give it time. Breaking them up over the course of like 3 weeks doesn’t add much to the story. I wish they could have given Trent a better more creative reason for turning on Orange. The whole thing just seems like they ran out of ideas for the characters so they went down this route out of desperation. Which isn’t new for AEW
