you have to get that lip of the blade as close to the rim edge as possible, theres to much flex where you have it and will need extra effort to break the bead

@@DriveTimeMoto lol- yeah I hear ya, I did that back in the day as well - so I'm kinda interested in this tool seems to be the most compact and easily transportable- do you feel it's worth the money?
It is pricey, I'd say it depends on your situation and local rates. I weigh 150lbs @ 5'9" after a big meal, so I always needed a 2nd person to help with manual mounting. In the past, I would buy tires myself, dismount the old tires by hand, and have a shop mount and balance each wheel for $45 during riding season and $30 out. Make some friends who ride and charge $20! That's my plan. Lmk what you decide
