    Hi Claire,just came across your channel.Really bright, varied and interesting! I’m also doing SW.Have lost stone and a half since March ,but seriously stuck in a boring food rut !!!!!! So your channel is definitely going to help,many thanks see you next week.

      Thanks so much so lovely to get your feed back and great that it’s helping you x yes I was totally stuck in a rut it’s so easy to get in because life’s so busy I was just ordering the same old food then staring in my cupboard thinking I can’t be bothered to cook any of this. Planning mixing and mixing the food up is helping so much and I’m more interested and motivated to do well again 💪🏼😉🙌🏼

    Hi Claire I came across your vlogs yesterday. I have jumped on and off SW for so many years but I really really want to succeed and I love the plan I just can't find the focus to stick with it, but you have inspired me so much with your bright and cheerful approach and your positivity comes through so strongly in your videos. You have given me so many ideas with your plans and your cooking videos - please keep that going. I am starting my planning to start from Saturday and I look forward to following my journey with the help of your positivity and your vlogs. Thank you for taking the time to do this because you sound like you have a busy life x

    I batch cook my jacket potatoes and when cold I wrap them in cling film and bag them for the freezer. When I want one I put it in the microwave and finish it off in the air fryer. Really easy and convenient. We all have ups and downs and if we don't plan it can get boring. Good luck with the week on plan x

      Yes that’s a fab idea I’ve done that in the past but forgot about it actually I’m gonna do that this week as it’s fab for lunch that’s where I fail quickest if I haven’t planned 👌🏼👍🏼

      @@clairemariehoward i do this with baked potatoes as my daughter likes the mccanns ones but they r far too expensive. I am on a weight restoration plan due to ill health i lose weight so easily which is as much a problem and if i dont work at it or plan ahead and just wing it i fsil big time so its true if u fail to plan then u r planning to fail . Nice meals i love this stuff but i need to find how to increase the calories in each meal without bulking it too much so i add olive oil seeds etc px

    Hi Claire only just found you your food looks great on weight day I don’t eat before I take some fruit to eat after weighting then when I get home I have one the frozen meals with veg and rice You will have a good loss for next week

    Hi Claire, I’m a bit confused about HEB and bread, isn’t it only from a 400 gr loaf, not 800 gr. I love sandwiches too and don’t want to mess up.

      Hi Mary so the bread I used is an Aldi everyday essentials medium cut wholemeal loaf this is 2 slices for had b. But all brands vary this is the only full size loaf I know of so my advice is always use your scanner (on sw app) when shopping for bread, rolls pittas etc some are surprisingly high in syns and sometimes you find another great hex b🙌🏼 I freeze mine and just take the slices out as I use them.

    I lost 3 stone and 10 pound i got off track sometimes , but im on target, your food look nice, i never eat or drink before weigh in , i weigh 9.30 Wednesday moring

      Wow that’s amazing 🤩 well done you I’ve got to just under 2 stone before currently I’ve lost 9lb I think I’d like a stone and a half in total , see I could do that if I weighed in the morning but my weigh in is at 7pm so don’t get home until around 9!!!
