Urnex Cafiza : for showerhead, backflush, portafilter, anything that the coffee touches you can use cafiza to clean, even the dip tray
Urnex Rinza : for steam wand, milk jug, anything that milk touches

Actually if you have the plastic part inside the coffee only touches the plastic and flow out - it never touches the bottom under the plastic - still good to clean things anyway
