This is one of the best games to come out this year. Deceptively simple, great for newbies but simply addicting for new players and seasoned gamers alike

It's called a fountain pen. Any pen or pencil can be used for calligraphy.
Just purchased Cascadia. This helps me to understand the rules much quicker. Great job!

This seems like a very nice. I wonder why it has to be expensive though. You only get cardboard pieces and some cards (with great artwork).
New game "Life of the Amazonia" is Cascadia on a large scale. Will you be covering the game?
It was a Kickstartet game and I didn't back it, so I don't have the game now. But I'll try to get hold of it, it looks interesting. :)
I hope I get the wooden tokens in the late pledge if the late pledge ever happens. I hate that I missed out on the Kickstarter,
The retail version comes with them. The difference between the KS version and the retail version is that the KS version comes with 5 extra scoring cards
so it is bascially a mix of Kingdom Builder and Carcassone

The text on the cards is outrageously small. Ageism is so rife within this industry it's shocking.
This is so true! We have those issues in our groups as well. 😞
On the screen they do seem very small BUT in person, held in hand- the text isn't hard to read. The cards are bigger than poker size, btw.
@@ddobrien1 The industry is overtly ageist. Not agreeing simply means you're a part of the problem.
I bought a game yesterday - rule book font was 5pt (non other than Reiner Knizia the designer). Fucking outrageous ageist design and Dice Tower is the most guilty of them all for never mentioning it.
Game was returned this morning for a full refund including postage.
