Connecting my A53 and just says storage not found.

Bought a brand new Duster. Navigation was fine, until the last update. Since that, all the maps gone.
DON'T USE THAT APP AND DO NOT UPDATE IT! I updated, tried to update multiple times. The App says all the maps are on the car, but the car doesn't have the maps.
Contacted renault, they simply sent me some pdf, even though I sent them many screenshots from my App and the car navigation screens, but the best they advised to go back to the dealer. However I have no more time to spend on it.
This is rubbish!!!!

After update with that app all of the maps on my 2023 Jogger extreme was lost. 😢
