- The day on which this video is uploaded is a special day, because 2 years ago on this day, this channel was created.
That day has been the start to what this channel is now. I wanted to give you an anniversary present with this new house building video, in which I build a house in my new world. It's a tropical, but modern and luxurious house, which I think is my best one so far.
I came up with the name of this house because it's located on a cliff along a beautiful lagoon. Because the house is located on a hill, it will have amazing sunrise views.

I've just seen this speed build video after TS4 ones... And in my opinion this is the best house ever done in The Sims! You're really good, especially making the exterior, and I really love how the house looks from all corners of the lot! I'd like to see soon something so special also in TS4! Maybe when pools, and, why not, terrain leveling, will be introduced in the game! Great! Awesome! A piece of art!

Firstly .... Happy 2nd CZcams Anniversary!! Thanks for this incredible house video :) I do agree that SOME tropical houses should be bright colors but not this one .... Perhaps a few little starter houses would be best in brighter colors, or some beach area shops? just a suggestion. Bright colors on this house would be so wrong :)

I noticed in your clip, that you did the colour changing of the half walls one by one. I don't know if you already know, but you can also do, I believe, -if you are in the colour thingy- 'Ctrl. + Shift.' to colour the whole wall in the wanted colour at once.
The bluesnowball is basically the same thing as the yeti so I recommend the snowball

This is just my opinion, I think you should venture out on you colour scheme with the houses in this world, because it is tropical and nearly all your houses have bland interiors of brown or grey or really toned down colours. Maybe build some really colourful and challenge your skills , also instead of always using split leveling be a bit different on some houses cause they all have the same sorta theme and using constrain floor elevation can be really glitchy and make your houses difficult to edit to my own families, overall great video though
If this house were in bright colors it would stick out like a sore thumb out given the size, i see the colors Dutch used as letting the house blend in with the landscape of the area (rocky) .. smaller starter type houses or shops .. yes brighter colors
this video is not fast. i spin my camera a lot more than you do. and people who complain probably have never seen other simmers, camera spinning happens a lot more than you think. haha

I can't believe it has already been two years. I think if I remember correctly I was your 3rd subscriber. I remember thinking at the beginning that you weren't too good at building but I knew that one day you would be great. And look at you now who could have guessed you would be building your own world. I'm glad that I have gotten to see your channel grow and become what it is today.

yeah the roof is a little wonky there, but roofs are challenging to get "right" (atleast for me)

Your interior rooms always ends up really crowded. You should work on that. You always focus on the exterior more than the interior. It is something that you can improve tho. But other than that, exterior still looks nice anyways.

Problem with the sims 3 is, yeah this house looks awesome and is great, but when you play the mini-levels created by the foundations he does just gets super annoying..
