    we have DR site on azure, can we monitor that with vROPS ?

      Yes! You will need Enterprise licensing to cover your Azure VMs and databases (at time of writing, Enterprise can be mixed in with Advanced, but not Standard).
      Once that is in place, you can monitor availability and performance metrics using the built-in Azure management pack for the following Azure services:
