I lived in Mimosa Hall my freshman year. I remember coming outside and seeing everyone in the skate park just enjoying themselves. Since I was on the first floor, I would always hear them rolling by on their boards.
I have found that riding an electric skateboard very efficient in saving time getting me to class in less then 5 min from anywhere on campus but beware there are a lot of people walking around to classes so you need to be aware and skilled when riding. But due to corona there will probably be less people but just a warning for the spring semester.

Would you think an electric board is better to commute to class or everything is close by at Rowan to ride everyday from class to class?
