Over the years I have trimmed down my gear for hunting spring gobblers to this very lightweight and mobile gear setup. This is intended for new turkey hunters but it is applicable across the sport for all experience levels.

Great! I took my son out with a cylinder choke single barrel 12bore with very light loads, on his first real shoot and he got 2 crows with his first shot my brother and I then opened up shooting 3 each. My son got another 1 and as they were still flying around. We shot another 3 each. He got another 1 and we fired again- leaving 17! Dead on the ground.Before they cleared off. We finished with 87 for the day . What a day to tell his school friends about. Look forward to more videos.

Forgot the race car driver boots in camo for those guys that simply will not get out of that car or truck. Basically road hunters once they shoot jump out and become roadrunners.
Haha, they have tried to make that illegal here, but it's hard to police sometimes.
