The Sublimator (PAC3)

Im Back...
This device is designed to make any solid matter (or person) sublimate (turning a solid directly to a gas) which bypasses the liquid phase, essentially melting it so fast that it doesn't have time to melt into a fluid before it becomes vapor. To do this I strapped a homemade nitrous-oxide boosted rotary engine (not radial) to my back and called it a day. I'm unsure if its stronger than the unmatched power of the sun, it's a little safer (relatively) and you get the chance to put the vapor of your enemies into a container if your quick enough.
