If the guards and tourists are not obeying the RULES its pointless having any SIGNS up.. the TOURISTS should be back past the BOLLARDS.. if you have the NEED to touch the horses go to a riding school..

The lady did make sure the horse grasped the apple and was able to start eating it BUT, there should be no touching, pawing or feeding the horse AT ALL. Once again, the guard should know better
Posing is disrespectful. Good that police and tourists are having a conversation. Bad dad putting his baby too close to the horse. Read the signs. Should ask the Guard first about feeding the horse. But then again should not be feeding the horse anyway. Don't know what is in that food.. Guard should have said don't touch the horse.

You NEED A BIGGER SIGN! Also the guards have to be consistent and inform tourists not to feed the horses. If some guards allow touching and feeding the horses and some do not-a mix message is given. Carry through with the sign and maybe the horses won’t have meltdowns.

The signs warning people not to touch the horses may as well come down if they are not to be enforced. Nobody should be allowed to feed the horses - the guard has no idea what some idiots might try to feed to a horse. It is now unbearable to watch these videos. The stupidity and rudeness of tourists and the casual cruelty to the horses is disgusting.
