Next time you cook this recipe mix all the herbs and spices together then put them on the meat it works so much better . can you tell me why you put the mushrooms in a clean pan when you could put it in after you cook the onions.
And put the onion and mushrooms on the same plate.

Зоя Зоя ,возможно кто- то и не знал именно такой рецепт ,но мясо с картошкой и грибами - старорусская кухня ,а так же польская , украинская .Мясо ,которое готовил автор видео ,сейчас нарекли модным словом " стейк ", а на самом деле он называется КАРБОНАД.И ещё : блюдо готовит ,по всей видимости, иностранец ,а значит ,и приправы на кухне ЕГО БАБУШКИ МОГЛИ БЫТЬ СОВСЕМ ДРУГИЕ ,НЕ КАК В РУССКОЙ КУХНЕ.И НИКОГДА НЕ БЕРИТЕ НА СЕБЯ СМЕЛОСТЬ БЫТЬ СТОЛЬ КАТЕГОРИЧНОЙ В СВОИХ СУЖДЕНИЯХ ,ЧТО " бабушки знать не знали про такое мясо "!Моя прабабушка прожила 86 лет ,вторая- 100, её дочь , моя бабушка.прожила 85 ,ВСЕ ОНИ ГОТОВИЛИ ЭТОТ СОРТ МЯСА ,правда ,не часто ,так как его подавали на праздничный стол.
