Are there USB charging ports in the room? Do you recall seeing an HDMI slot on the tv/ is the tv a smart tv? Im a night owl and my partner is an early bird, which means me and the TV get well acquainted. I want to bring some movies from home and cast to the TV.

No, there aren’t any USB charging ports in the room. And unfortunately, the TV isn’t a Smart TV. The internet at the resort also never worked for me. If my memory serves me right, they give you 5 hours of wifi per day but it’s such a challenge to even connect to it that I stopped trying.
If you really want to cast your media to the TV, then it might be worth bringing your own HDMI cable.
