Filing and serving divorce papers does not happen without it being orchestrated. Delaying the official filing by 6 weeks would be a no brainer in order to show basic respect for Ali. She deserves to wrap up her last games and be able to enjoy the accolades and send off without having to answer awkward questions in media interviews. What bothers me most is that there are 2 children that will one day see how this played out, and that is what makes this all the worse. No kid wants to see a parent deliberately sabotage or hurt the other parent. No matter who or what caused the divorce is of no consequence when it comes down to respecting the love you once had and continuing to be good co-parents. For me, its a major dick move on Ash's part, assuming it was her intent to drop the bomb at this time.

I felt so awkward the way Ash retired, like she was pissed off and had enough soccer drama... after announcing that I felt like she lost it, she was drinking a lot more and I remember listening (or reading dont remember) her saying "I'm retired I can do this now". And she certainly can do that, but remember what Ali suffered with the addictions of Kyle, maybe it became a problem in their relationship.
It reminds me a little bit of Abby Wambach whe she retired and get in trouble with addictions and ended up divorced with Sarah.
This is so so sad, I don't think Ali had imagined retiring like this.

I Was a Western NY Flash fan, Ashlyn Harris dated Sarah Hoffman #14, before Ali, and Sarah broke off fromAsh to date and marry Abby Wambach I noticed all Ashlyn's women, Sarah, Ali and now Sophia look alike weird.
At one time, Ash had a control substance abuse problem. It's in a video when she talks about it.
At this point there is no scenario where Ashlyn comes out in a favorable light. Idk what her PR team was thinking because it has literally blown up in her face.
The release was definitely orchestrated. The paperwork was filed about a month ago and in a completely different state that anyone thought they resided in. I find it extremely hard to believe that a fan just “stumbled” upon it after it’s been weeks. Nah that was orchestrated.
It seems to me Ash did this maliciously to Ali, which is very sad. Watching their wedding video was heartbreaking, especially when Ashlyn is saying she married her forever soulmate. On the other hand, I'm sure ALOT of women are excited Ali is single & got their applications ready. Lol

That’s so petty from Ashlyn… if it came from her camp… But OMG… Aly Krieger is on the market again?! She won’t be single for long. A lot of sapphics secretly excited she is single again. 😅
Nobody knows what goes on in someone else’s marriage, and life is too short to stay in an unhappy marriage. However, if Ashlyn timed her press release to hijack Ali’s last game that is really poor form. No matter what, Ali is the mother of her children and so deserves the utmost respect. I also hope that Ali has a good support system around her, because it can’t be easy seeing your wife with someone else (Sophia Bush) so soon after filing for divorce.

This is just a rumor being speculated over a divorce and a few photos of them as friends hanging out in crowded areas. The insinuating from social media and the media is already a toxic habit. We don't know these people personally or what they do in their private lives.

I said “Nobody knows what goes on in someone’s marriage!” I am not professing to having insider knowledge on Ali and Ashlyn, but as Ali has referred to being in her “Lemonade era”; AND Ashlyn and Sophia have both filed for divorce around the same time; AND they have been seen looking cosy together, I think assuming that they’re more than friends is a fair assumption.

The one thing ik about divorce’s is they often get messy. Especially the longer you’ve been with someone. I hope they both have good support around them. I also hope that for there children’s sake they don’t try to throw too much dirt. It’s the one scenarios I jump and trust the messy drama
It’s extremely unfortunate especially since there are children involved, I divorced a few years ago and there was a child involved (not biological to me but I was there through entire pregnancy) I no longer have a relationship with her and it is not by my choice. I don’t foresee them using the kids against each other it just sucks seeing a family split up especially when the kids are so young.
This whole ‘thing’ is so very sad…Ashlyn Harris is a ‘disappointment’… altogether!!…She seemed to me to be a ‘wanna be ‘ fashion icon’ without much idea about fashion ??…and her football career didn’t match up to that ofAli Krieger either…Had no idea that she ‘alledgedly’ had a drinking problem ( sad if this is the case)…and sad to say … none of her attempts to ‘sabotage’ Ali’s final ‘home’ appearance etc… will show her in a very favourable light. I think the leak was to deal with all the people yelling "cheater" after Ash posted the pic with Danillia. Her way of saying "I am not cheating, we are no longer together". It was ill timed and backfired on her.
As for my teams, Ol Reign and Gotham.
It doesn’t really stop it from being selfish. Because all she was thinking about was herself not the fact that is was Ali last game. She could of left it a few days after at the bare minimum

@@DoriCoplien Yes she is not looking good right now. I’ll be honest I don’t really ship Woso couples much. But Ashlyn has always made me a bit uneasy. As I said I don’t know her and so non of this is based on any evidence or fact. And is not there to hate on her as a person. Because I don’t know her. But sometimes I felt a little off when I saw her or saw how she acted in general. I just always thought they were an oddly matched couple. I don’t get the feeling Ashlyn wants to settle down. I think most of her life was about being strict and formalted just because that’s football. And I think alot of her youth might of been suppressed and may be resurfacing now she’s retired. Doing a lot of the things single and young people did when they were a lot younger with less responsibility. But I wish the very best for them both. And for there children as they will inevitably get swept up in this mess.

@@DoriCoplien I agree. Tbh after there wedding and the cheating rumours came out. And as I said I got bad vibes. And some fans were saying she was just a bit rude and had quite a large ego. I switched them off. I mean I’m British so they aren’t such an influential couple for me. I would say Wonze was more influential or couples happening in the WSL. Just because I can see them more from being in my time zone. The exception I have is Tobin and Christen I love them there really lovely together. But I don’t really follow many Woso couples with an emotional attachment. Maybe 2 which is Pernille Harder and Magda who’s my MVP. And at the time not sure what’s up with them or if there even together but Wonze.

I am so sad to hear about their breakup, I love Ali, she's my favorite player. I was watching the Liberty play today and Sue Bird was there wearing a t-shirt that said "I'm team Ali Krieger." I went to the gotham fc game tonight. And yeah the crowd cheered loud for ali and I mean we cheered hard. I love going to home games and I just got my tickets for the NC game. So this pa girl is going to cheer her team on in the playoffs. My team is gotham and I wanna cheer for Kriegs until I can't anymore. But honestly shame on Ashlyn. How can you be an owner and not support your player who had a wonderful career. I get it. Your marriage fell apart, and that sucks but you bought rights to the team and barely showed up. I saw Carli, Sue and Eli at more games than I did for Ashlyn.
That's interesting....Because you're 100% right, you definitely didn't see Ash much at Gotham games this year. And it's also unclear what her actual job with the club is. Just seems like she traveled, drank and parties while talking a little bit about women's soccer.

What are the rumours on who caused the split?
If its true Ash deliberately leaked the divorce, and did the filing, that suggests to me, that Ali was the one that caused the split else why is Ash acting so righteous and bitter?
Since she retired, Ash's value is all tied to her name. She started the rumors when she posted the pics, she tried to clean up the mess and only made things worse.
@@DoriCoplien Yeah, and in high profile relationships, in cases of a split, the more guilty party will often file first to try and sway the court of public opinion. In Ash's case, I'm sure she's seen all the cheating/infidelity rumors, and who knows what's true and what isn't, but if any of that IS true, she definitely filed first to make it seem like she wasn't the one who caused this.
Ash didn't leak it. Someone on TLC did. Trolls went to gossip sites to see who all would post it. Its also been said media have reached out to both and neither is commenting. Ash also canceled an event she was supposed to go to a 2 days after the leak. Both were caught off guard. AKs bro is messy af and just wants to stir shit. No family members should be commenting on this publicly. Ash's side have been nothing but nice and just showing support for Ali's career.
Please do your research before making videos and take a reporter view. No bias just presenting the stories.
The comment you read about Ash leaking is damaging especially given it was Page Six that actually broke the news and got picked up from there.
Secondly the article contain quotes from both parties. All the quotes were from previous interviews and not current interview to actively address the divorce.
The comment section are harboring hate (also rumors ) which is not what Krashlyn was founded on.
As outsiders we don't know what is happening so consider not making any videos until a statement is released (if one will be released) and avoid providing rumors with airspace when nothing is confirmed or denied.
They’ve actually been very careful and said that they don’t really know what happened but discuss what other people have said and then give their take on it.
