They are good even when you do so if you have trouble biting your nails you can't do much. And then you can see how much they have grown. Just nice to see them after you haven't seen them for a long time

This is why I started in the very beginning with acrylics. I always bit my nails off till they bled. Now that’s a non issue even when I don’t have fake nails!

@@beadedbyLJK it’s radiation so long term risks are same as the sun - skin cancer/premature ageing/ sunspots of the skin exposed - so less is better. Use gloves and sunscreen

Hello!! Yes you can! Gel works on your own nails, too just please remember to put spf on your hands and wear gloves!

I got my apres products. I did my nails December 3rd. They are still on... I would suggest to get the apres extend gel, apres ph bonder, and acid free primer 👀
