Damn you actually seem to play most of these games and don't just show us the "tutorial" levels. A true gamer, very respectable.
Thanks bro!
@@JegsTV Btw. i have a very similar system, except that i got the 5600X (don't ask me why). I want to ask you, if you feel any disadvantages over a Intel/Nvidia based system? Im not talking about raw performance or features like ray tracing, im more talking about stability and 1%/0.5% lows. I feel like some game, especially older titles that run on unreal engine, can feel a little unsmooth if you know what i mean. Since i have nothing to compare i don't know if that is a AMD problem or a general problem with unoptimized games.
@@Kasamsky prolly the game’s fault. Older games does tend to have a lot of instability on optimizations
@@Kasamsky do you remember the Turbo button on Windows 2000 PCs? Well, something similar happens here, old games are not prepared for the current powerful hardware so performance is affected.
Appreciate you for showing such a variety of games, good job!
you also got another sub. thank you so much for playing the games and not just showing the tutourials.
Thanks for this vid. Exactly what I was looking for
You’re actually pretty good at video games, well played !
Thanks bro!
I was noticing the same thing. Not only he is benchmarking but hes also showing how its done, in a high variery of games LOL
@@kizzuno I love u❤bri
Got this exact combination, it runs well and i am still running games on 1080p, so it runs even better than shown here and for me looks acceptable enough, for now.
Same
Quality video. Thanks for this . Keep it up!
thx i was waiting for this video :)
Thanks so much for this post! Just bought my friend this as a gift can’t wait to play Rust and EFT with playable FPS!
Finally someone shows rust and new world. On a build I was thinking about buying none the less.
This Combination is IMO probably The best for 1440p for the price, especially now that this GPU keeps droping in price
just bought this combo for under $500 im so stoked its my first pc!
@@jrobmus congrats man, I recently bought a laptop with 3050 ti and ryzen 5600H so im not gonna be buying this anytime skončil, however i'd definitely go for this Combo of you're looking to play 1440p high, not Ultra
bought pulse 6700xt at 350 euro
@@jrobmus you enjoying it?
@@jrobmus hey, are they good? tell me your experience with them.
I freakin laughed at the CS GO opening when he just finished tweaking his settings and the enemy was staring at him up close 😂😂😂
going for this upgrade path! thanks!
I'm running a 7900X and 6700XT and honestly the performance is great at 1440p high refresh rate. It's a good balance of quality and smoothness and not breaking the bank too much, especially since games are becoming more CPU bound there isn't that drastic of a framerate difference between 1080p and 1440p.
i used 2 watch ur videos
Nice Jegz. Neck deep huh! ❤
pop punk heads ka din pala.
Thanks for the benchmarks. This is my next card because I usually only play older games on pc. Console is my main. The newest game on my PC is from 2015. FPS games, even in 2024, run very well with this GPU, which is nice. 👍
This is Amazing man 😯
I love you and your works bro 👏🏽
Just ordered my parts for my build and this is the gpu I got!
is it good still bro
@@yusufustatek1306 yeah it is still pretty solid
@@midoribushi5331do you feel like the performance dropped a lot since you first got it? Or is it still pulling good frames no problem
@@maxx96_well I got my rx6700xt 5 months ago still running like a champ the performance never dropped
Gosh. The first horizon was ahead of its time!
I will buy my new gaming PC and build something like it for the first time! Your benchmarks helped me choose. Thank you Jegs for the awesome benchmarks!
Glad I could help mate!
did you use custom fan curve for GPU or is it the default ? And i have a doubt about temperature... it shows two temperature in my gpu one is Gpu Junction temperature and another as GPU temperature. Should I take the "Gpu Junction temperature" reading or the" "Gpu temperature reading"?
Excellent video!!
So much testing thank bro ❤❤
really looking forward to the 7700XT, I'd get the 6700XT since I don't plan on playing anything over 1440p but Cyberpunk did struggle a little bit so the boost in performance will be welcome, as well as the AV1 encoding and the increase in core count for compute
Will definitely buy one for my sister in a couple years tho, she's not a really big gamer (yet at least) and the heaviest game she plays is Genshin Impact, so I could build her a pretty beefy 1080-1440p SFF gaming system with relatively low power consumption for quite a bargain by then. Probably going to be the first thing I'll do with my couple first salaries too, i can't let her keep playing on my old dying 1st gen ps4
can i be your second sister?
AV1 encoding is available on this card aswell and the rest of the 6000 series, apart from 6400 and 6500 XT, since those have no encoders at all.
@@X_irtz AV1 encoding is not available on the RX6000 series, it can do AV1 decoding but not encoding. The same applies to RTX30 series. RX7000, RTX40 and Intel Arc series all have AV1 encode.
34:39 "shit, someone just knock out my friend! surely it wont happened twice"
Can you do more of these types of benchmarks from all of your new GPU? i.e. 40 series Nvidia & 7000 series AMD?
This guy is a chad give him a medal or something. He played all the games that most people play not 3 or 4 games that people even don't care for
I nearly went with the 6800xt but this gives me so much more confidence that a 6700xt is right for me. (I still need to look into it a bit more, but I'm fairly sure this is the right call :3) ty for the video!
i am going through almost the same decision rn, thinking about either the 6700xt or 6800. what did you choose?
how high is your temperature hotspot usually is ? mine is quite higher
also do you adjust the fan speed?
Nice battlefield 2042 gameplay. Tbh I think the game looks good. How much frames do you get at lower settings?
damn. half the game use more than 8gb vram and its only 2560*1440. im definitely gonna get rx6700xt for my 3440*1440 monitor. an 8gb card wont last long
The same GPU from PC Red Devil but with 7600x + 6400 ddr5, everything works great.
A very good GPU if you don't want to play with everything at ultra
What app do you use for monitoring your cpu and gpu stats?
Hey I was wondering what app did you use as fps counter?
Just ordered this GPU from Amazon today
is it good still bro ?
Please add Wolfenstein series in your gameplay test list. They r heavily optimised games. It's a request. Btw love videos
Great tests! In Elden Ring shows ~87 avg fps, but the game it's not capped at 60 fps?
great job!
May i know what cpu cooler are you using? Stock cooler or aftermarket cooler and specific name please 🙏
I think this gpu is great for 1440p, this man did everything on the highest settings and still got some great fps for a 3 year old gpu, if you crank the shadows and some other stuff down you should be able to have a very smooth gaming expirience with very high fps and a game that still looks great!
Hey! How did you get those temps on the egle? Were those hotspot temps or just general temps?
Would love to know to have a parameter on mine. Great video!!!
got the same question but I highly assume it's the gpu temp not junction/hotspot temp.
So in most games junction temp is approx. 20-25 degree hotter
My pulse goes goes 67/97 C without custom fan curve? How is yours behaving?
@@Martin-wj6um after undervolting got -15 C aprox on gpu/hotspot and 0 drop on performance. Highly recomended
this video is what i need.
THANK YOU for showing the "competitive" shooters in Ultra and not "competitive". If im paying this much for hardware, i want the games to look good!
Can you please help me? I tried playing pubg and according to the amd software, I only got 50-60 fps. How can I make it go to 100+ like yours? Thank you! I use the same GPU and have a R5 5600x 1080p
yesss brother. do you think this machine will be able to play 4k but with fsr quality for medium graphics over 60fps on 95% of games such as cyberpunk and howgwarts legacy?
Nice video thanks
This video fully convinced me to get this GPU now. Im thinking to upgrade my old GTX 1070. Already upgraded everything else to Ryzen 5 5600 but kept the 1070 so far. Now i know what i need to get, even though its a bit old system now. Anyway, thanks bro.
Nice list of games to represent the performance.
Keep it up
Get the OC gaming variant if gigabyte is the AIB of your choice. It has a better heatsink.
I also had a 1070 ti and upgraded to this gpu, I got it for only 200$ because it was used but not by much and also managed to grab a 5600x for only 100$ and I can confirm the setup is pretty darn good 👍
Ask ko lang po, what's the best driver for rx 6700 xt? Thanks 🙏
are you sure that those temps are with stock cpu cooler? :P
What's up with Crysis 3's fps? It was all over the place.
Lods suggest ko lang po pag mag review kasa gta v sana po RP kasi mag rrp ako sayo ako lagi na tingin ng gameplay ehh tyy
What is benchmark software used ??
how much watt usage when idle? is it above 65?
My wife want pc but white i think to do with the same cpu and gpu but dont know the can handle 240hz monitor with 1920x1080p for competitve games
Bro perfect review
THANK YOU FOR TESTING WORLD OF TANKS 😭🙏
Thank you
so im good then. i have ryzen 5600x and rx 6700xt thank you so mch man
What do you use to track the stats while gaming? I don't know how to check for 1% lows, interested on software that tracks that.
Msi afterburner with RivaTuner (rivatuner can be installed with the same installer as msi afterburner)
Thanks
should try undervolting the card, then setting pbo+curve optimizer on the procie, will provide you massive perf gains.
Thanks for the vid. What is your CPU cooler??
Pay attention to the video and you would know what cooler 😂😂
what cooler did you use?
how are you getting over 60fps on ultra RDR2? i have a 5600x and 6700xt also, 60hz monitor and gettin 50-to 60fps i have to have v sync on otherwise ill get screen tear since it caps at 60fps
You answered your own question. You have vsync enabled on a 60hz monitor. Youre only going to get 60 fps max.
ganda ng pagkagawa, bili na ako ng 1440p na monitor. meron na ko kapareha ng system mo pero 1080p at 75HZ lang. ano brand pala ng monitor mo?
The perfect mid-range PC 🤌
any problem of noise, temperature, drivers bug?
Bro, what fps in squad on 6700xt?
I plan update from my gtx1080 to this card (3440x1440 monitor) and i have bequiet system power 500W. Judging by the tests, he will cope or i'm risking?
I'd suggest you get yourself a better psu at least a 600w +80 bronze
I would go 600/650 but GOLD don't get bronze, I had a 650w gold ran fine but upgraded to 850w. If you have a lot of other hardware I'd play it safe.
I just bought these for my first ever pc. Is 1440p running under 100fps still good for these games? I saw god of war was sitting around 70. Im new to specs and everything so dont really know. Like should i reduce the setting to boost the fps more?
for me, as long as it goes above 60 FPS, then is good.
You only need 60 fps for adventure/rpg games like God of War, AC, Witcher 3,etc... U want to maximize quality to get that open world immersion. If you're more into shooting/fps, get a 144hz monitor. If you plan to game FPS on 1440p, you might have to lower settings to get more fps.
Are those cpu temps with stock cooler and no other dedicated coolers inside the cabinet? Just ordered my pc parts 2 days back and gonna order this card soon
Stock cooler but i have 7 case fans and the room temps are around 20-22c when i record so do take that in mind.
@@JegsTV do you play with an a/c on?
@@atharva107 yup.
@@JegsTV Welp that will mean higher temps for me even on 1080p
Very strange that you had more fps in BFV than BF1. Wow.
Probably because it's a newer game and they might have used a better engine.
in theory you could run these same components at 4k with decent fps right?
kinda sorta depends what game but if u want 60 fps u have to drop graphic settings down to medium and mix it with low sometimes from my experience
how do you get that low temp sa ph sir? i have ryzen 5700x and 6700xt constantly 70c and up when gaming. around 40-50 idle/light load
good ambient temps and good case airflow i guess? ac room tapos may 7 case fans yung gamit na pc ko dito
dam arthur, chill 6:38
rocket league is not there :(, but thanks for the video, still is dota 2 there so is worth it.
Why u have more fps than me with the dame gpu and ryzen 5600x with 32gb 3600mhz in 1080p, can u show me ur conf in adrenaline?
doesnt he show it in the beginning of the clip?
Thats my config at 2023 and beyond. Dont care about RT and probably gonna switch to high setting for more performance in some games
Are you using aircon while gaming boss? And do you have a cpu cooler?
Maybe pay attention to the video and you would realise it's stock cooler 😂😂
Are those temps junc (hotspot) or core temp?
core temps bro.
my rx 6700 xt is making only around 200 fps on cs pls someone help
bro's steam library is STACKED
is there any noticable fan sounds or coil whine with the 6700xt eagle?

Same, trying to fix it since 2 month I still haven't been able to play correctly 😕
@@pierredu181 I found my stuttering problem is because of the shaders but when the shaders compile it bugs me for hours how can I fix it?

just got the card for $370 after tax on newegg and it came with callisto protocol
Hey i know this video was a little while ago, but if you still use gta in your benchmarks I'd suggest not using advanced settings while benchmarking as it is much more cpu bound when used improperly and therefore cant show the full potential of the graphics card. (source: zWORMz Gaming): Unironically he knows everything about graphics cards and games that have options that'll be a lot heavier with cpu use.
hi bandidos from potatosquad :D
I am not sure to take the rx 6700 xt or rtx 3060 ti because i heard the rx 6700 xt and in generall amd has driver problems so im unsure. What is your experience? Thx mate
Same
My opinion I should buy 3060 ti
I've had mine for about a month and its running great. I guess its luck of the draw with some of these cards
amd drivers are good enough and 6700xt and is on par with 3060ti-3070 i would personally buy the amd card.
They fixed all those issues already, it runs fine. Zero issues for me. Have had it for 3 months now
I have this exact card and I'm having issues with it. I have an open ticket with AMD as I type
Planning to get the r5 5600 and 6700xt. Will it bottleneck with a 1440p ultrawide monitor?

hey, my brother has the same cpu/gpu combo but has inconsistent fps, frames will drop to around 30 or bellow on a lot of games, even older ones like csgo, black ops etc included, is there a reason for this?
Do you still have this card? Any whine coiling issue or high temps? I wanna buy this card but many people ar afraid to buy Gigabyte products.
none bro, i still actually benchmark this GPU. works great.
I bought a used card for only 200$, works great no issues , no coil or high temps 👍
Do you think is a great 1440p card or a 1080p card? I'm planning to buy a monitor soon, please let me know.
I feel like it will be the bare minimum for 1440p for the upcoming 2-3 years - but as you see, all those games ran pretty decent on the 6700xt. So imho you really could concider going for 1440p monitor. Me personally playing 1080p with this setup, but maybe I am just a doubter, this video actually suprised me!
depends on the fps your looking to get. If all you want is 60 fps, then the 6700xt could handle all the way up to 4k if your willing to lower graphics. If you want 100+ fps, then the 6700xt will absolutely crush any 1080p at ultra settings, and most 1440p games at med-high settings. Its one of the best cards in terms of price to performance.
@@cerberusloyalist5038 thanks I'll be going with 1440p as I always play with optimized settings anyway
