- BIG STORMS - Two days of Seascape Photography, incredible BIG waves! A slight departure from my usual Landscape Photography but when two days with high tides collide with the years biggest storms we had to go and shoot an unusual place for huge waves!! The light in that image at 14:14 was off the charts!! Bloody hell! Sweet!! A plethora of keepers overall. I live about 20 mins drive from Porthcawl and unbelievably I still haven't been there during a storm. Something's always got in the way of me.going. Was gutted when Ophelia and Ciara passed me by. I believe the next storm will be named Helen... I'll be there for that one!!

Good shots, but the important part is the experience. We just had grey skies and horizontal rain and hale. The energy of the waves is just flattened out due to the indented coast. I just hunkered down and took the plant pots off the wall :-)
