does this only work with items set to bag category? I'm able to search other bags ive set to decals slot but it doesnt appear on the character

Instead of the Police Pouch being vest items (since most servers have custom vests that this would clip through on), would there be a way to make it an actual duty belt that is nicely fitted to male/female?! That would be dope!
