From bad acting, bad script. And pretty boring action scenes. For sure ASM 1 has some good stuff. Good score, Gwen Stacy is good, and pretty good performences to Uncle Ben and Aunt May but their both just wasted. Andrew Garfield is a good Spiderman but he's a really bad Peter Parker. The way his Peter character was potrade was done horribly wrong. Also the villain is dull. 2 was even worse with the same flaws. Also i could not stand the friendship between Peter and Harry. I bought their friendship in the Sam Raimi trilogy. But in this it's like they hate each other. The villains are awful and Electro is hilariously bad. It's ok if u liked them but i thought 1 was pretty bad and 2 was terrible.

TASM 1 was not CLOSE to being a bad movie. TASM 1 was an amazing movie. The 2nd one had flaws but even that was good in my book.
